Returns & Exchanges

We really hope you will love your new jewellery, but If for any reason you're unhappy with your item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Return postage is to be covered by the buyer. Please keep proof of tracked/signed for postage as we cannot be held responsible if packages are lost in transit.

Returns/exchanges are only accepted on goods that are in a fully re-saleable condition i.e unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. 

We do not provide refunds or exchanges on the following purchases (unless faulty):

- Bespoke commissions/custom made jewellery
- Personalised items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift vouchers

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at hello@natalievernazza.com and we will reply to you within 48hrs. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us at hello@natalievernazza.com.
