Hallmarking
You can be confident at all times in the authenticity of the items you are purchasing from this store.
All jewellery handmade at Natalie Vernazza is Hallmarked at the London Assay Office, with the exception of very small silver jewellery items, such as hoop dangles or small chain charms.
All silver rings are hallmarked, even if they are below weight, as we like to capture the makers mark and assay office date. It's lovely to know this, especially if the item is passed down to the next generation, which we hope it will be.

When Will My Item Be Ready?
Ready to Ship
We aim to post in-stock items within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Made to Order
Please allow 3-5 weeks prior to shipping (depending on the item). This allows time to order in the relevant materials, create your item, and have it hallmarked (which can take around 10 working days). You'll be kept updated and we'll be in touch to arrange delivery once it's ready. If you need an item sooner, please Get in Touch to see if we can help.
Custom Orders
We will do our best to have your bespoke commission on its way to you within 6-8 weeks. There are many variables within the bespoke process, all of which can impact the time it takes to have it ready for you. However please be assured that you'll be kept well informed throughout.
Christmas Orders
All in-stock Items ordered after midday Dec 19th will be shipped in the new year. We would advise ordering by 15th December to have your piece by 23rd December.
Will I Receive The Exact Piece Shown In The Photo?
If purchasing one-of-a-kind/ready to ship items, then yes — you will receive the exact piece shown in the photos.
If purchasing a made-to-order item, your piece will not be the exact one shown in the photo, but a very close likeness. We use natural gemstones, and our jewellery is lovingly handmade, so there will be some minor variability from piece to piece. This is what makes each item unique. We select the most beautiful stones available to recreate the same style represented in our images for our made-to-order items.
Shipping & Handling
United Kingdom
We use Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery for all purchases, fully insured if the value is over £100. We cover the cost of postage for all orders made from the United Kingdom.
International
We choose an appropriate tracked postal service depending on the destination country. The cost for international postage will be displayed at Checkout.
Please be aware that any Taxes or local charges for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and we are unable to offer advice on what they may be.
We are unfortunately not currently accepting purchases from the EU, but hope to in the near future.
Packaging
Your jewellery will arrive beautifully presented in sturdy packaging designed for long term use. All packaging at NV is sourced from suppliers who have a proven commitment to sustainability.
The suppliers I have chosen are committed to minimising their carbon footprint by keeping the supply chain small, maximising the use of eco-friendly materials and ensuring that all of their packaging is either recycled, recyclable, re-useable or compostable.
Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you will love your new jewellery, but If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Return postage is to be covered by the buyer. Please keep proof of tracked/signed for postage as we cannot be held responsible if packages are lost in transit.
Returns/exchanges are only accepted on goods that are in a fully re-saleable condition i.e unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
We do not provide refunds/exchanges on the following purchases (unless faulty):
- Bespoke commissions/custom made jewellery
- Personalised items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift vouchers
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at hello@natalievernazza.com and we will reply to you within 48hrs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
