Ready to Ship items will be posted within 3 working days of receiving your order. 

Made to Order items will take around 3-6 weeks, depending on the item. This allows time to order in the materials, create your jewellery and have it hallmarked (which can take up to 10 days). You'll be kept updated and I'll be in touch to arrange delivery once it's ready. If you need it sooner, please Get in touch.

Custom Orders will take around 4-10 weeks, depending on the item. There are many variables within the bespoke process which can impact the time it takes to have it ready for you, but I promise to keep you updated.

UK Shipping I use Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery, fully insured if the value is over £100. We cover the cost of postage for all UK purchases. 

International Shipping I'll choose an appropriate tracked postal service depending on the destination country. The cost of international postage will be displayed at Checkout.  Please be aware that any Taxes or local charges for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and I'm unable to offer advice on what they may be.

You can be confident at all times that the item you are purchasing is exactly what I say it is.  All of my gold or platinum jewellery is Hallmarked by The London or Edinburgh Assay Offices.

Most Sterling silver or Argentium silver jewellery items are hallmarked, the only excpetions being lightweight pendants and earrings which fall far below weight thresholds. The product description will state if unhallmarked, though this can be requested at an additional cost of £20 and a turnaround time of approx 2 weeks. Read more here.

I am a traditional metalsmith and craft all of the jewellery you see here from my studio in North Oxfordshire, UK. 

Working with recycled precious metals and ethical gemstones, my signature style is contemporary, minimal and elegant. My designs are inspired by clean lines, soft lustrous textures and unique gemstones, and I create with the aim of instilling a sense of subtle confidence and quiet luxury within the wearer.

Working with only solid precious metals (not hollow or plated) and high quality gemstones, my jewellery will stand the test of time.
