Malay Zircon Ring, 18ct Yellow Gold and Argentium Silver
A simply stunning and elegant one of a kind ring. Featuring a Malay oval Zircon, with deep warm hues.
Natural Zircon, not to be confused with the synthetic cubic zirconia, has been set in jewellery since antiquity, and is believed to be the oldest gemstone on the planet (far older than diamonds).
It's a mesmerising gemstone to look at...with amazing brilliance and lustre. It is doubly refractive, which means that as light enters the gem, it splits in two with the facets of the gemstone acting like mirrors to bounce the light rays out again.
This is a contemporary mixed metal design in recycled 18ct Yellow Gold and Argentium Silver. The top of the bezel is gold, with complementing gold shoulders.
Argentium Silver is hypoallergenic, tarnish resistant, purer than sterling 925 silver and brighter in colour.
Handcrafted, hallmarked by The London Assay Office and ready to ship in UK ring size M 1/2.
